BYO AO – AVsitter position

BYO AO is a ZEN METAL add on to AVsitter, that allows the sitter to run animations from their own AO, and to adjust them to the seat’s memory. If you frequent a location where BYO AO is set up, you might want to go through the trouble of saving your personal position to the furniture memory. Just keep in mind that it is seat-specific, and won’t save into the identical piece right next to this one, so you’ll have to remember where you saved it to.

Turn your AO on!

Normally, when seated, you like to turn your AO off, but when you’re running BYO AO position, you need the AO on instead. Then, touch the “sit” button and choose the sitting animation you want to play. It defaults to the animation you selected last.

Now, adjust your position from the furniture as if the animation was inside the sofa instead of your AO.

It’s a bit fiddly at first but allows you to play the animations you actually paid for and maintain your character’s personality while seated; if you gave it a good thought when selecting an animation override, I’m sure you’ll appreciate not having to sit on cubes only to enjoy your AO!
